![]() I suppose I am misrepresenting Don't Starve Together. When you add up all of DST's exclusive content, it's about the size of SW. Therefore, DST only falls short on one of the main metrics I consider (actually 2 it only brought 1 unique weather effect), but only slightly and it more than makes up for it in other areas. It varies in size and quality but should be considered. Stuff like the farm rework, Mooncaller event, and mushroom planters etc. unique content that's hard to quantify, but is undoubtedly unique content. Clear winner, I think we all already knew that.įinally, DST has added a slew of misc. I didn't count mini-bosses added by DST, nor did I count changed bosses like Dfly. Is DST smaller biome wise? Yes, but I was very generous to the other DLC's and DST was very close, certainly more than 2 biomes. ![]() So final count for biomes is Hamlet:6 SW: 7 DST: 5. I'm not going to count DST's ocean, but arguably I could. I'm going to make the argument that the Oasis desert counts, since I counted Gas rainforest in hamlet and Meadow in SW. The 1 ruins biome Atrium doesn't really count since it's just more ruins and a boss. It also added 2 caves biomes, both unique enough to stand on their own. The mine also only has rocks really, so I'll bump it down to 2. I'm also counting the volcano as one biome.ĭST added 4 lunar island biomes, but I don't really think Archiplego should count so lets bump it down to 3. I'm also not counting battlegrounds since those are chess biome sized. I'm also not counting the BFB island as that's basically no content. ![]() I'm counting the 3 city biomes as one because realistically that's what they are. Sigh, Chegg, I'm one of the biggest proponents of Singleplayer out there, I'm not correcting your size difference for no reason. ![]()
